In the first week of December, the pizza was the star of East Jerusalem: ten young chefs from the Holy City, from Ramallah and Bethlehem, participated in a cooking class at the Azzahra Restaurant.
Led by Antonio di Antonio, pizza vice-world champion, the young chefs followed intensive lessons to learn the art of making one of the most famous Italian food in the world.
