The AMAD Project: tastings and art in Sabastia

Production of pizza, cheese and typical Palestinian products. The presentation of the AMAD project (Acqua Mercati Allevatori Donne, or Water, Markets, Farmers, Women), made by both Italians and locals.

Taste pizza and Italian and Palestinian cheeses in the heart of the West Bank, shopping among booths exhibiting handmade pottery and one that sells typical Palestinian products, while in the background a group plays traditional music.
This is what is on the agenda for Sunday, September 4, when, in the hills of Sabastia, a village of 3,000 inhabitants, just 80 kilometers north of Jerusalem, the AMAD project (Acqua Mercati Allevatori Donne, or Water, Markets, Farmers, Women) was presented.
